Workways is available to people aged 18 and over who live in Exeter, East or Mid Devon and require support to find or remain in paid employment.
If you are not employed & want to find paid employment...
Please read the following information to see whether or not we can help you.
If you are receiving help from the Depression & Anxiety Service (DAS)...
Please talk to your therapist about the help available from the Employment Support Coordinator in their team.
If you are not receiving help from DAS then in order to come to Workways, you will need to have a recovery (care) coordinator in a Community Mental Health Team.
If you have a recovery (care) coordinator, please contact us.
If you do not have a recovery coordinator then we will be unable to assist you but there are other agencies available - download our information sheet or click on support to look for work.
If you are employed & require support in your job...
You will need to have discussed your mental health with your GP in order to apply. Please contact us for an Application Form.

New Leaf offers part-time voluntary opportunities as a step towards paid employment. Activities include horticulture, woodwork, printing, catering and also in Clothing Works (a mail order business offering administration and stores work).
