WorkWAYS Application Form

WorkWAYS is open to anyone, employed or not employed,  who has discussed their mental health with their GP. Please read the notes below and either  contact us or print off an application form and post it to us at WorkWAYS, King Street Business Centre, 7-9 King Street, Exeter EX1 1BQ.

People living in Exeter & East Devon

Information, advice, guidance and practical support is available on an ongoing basis towards gaining or retaining employment, training, education or voluntary work depending on your particular interests and needs. 

People living in Mid Devon

We are able to offer a limited service to people living in Mid Devon. For residents of those areas we can provide a single appointment for information, advice and guidance about taking the next step towards employment, training, education or voluntary work.

New Leaf (formerly Hillcrest Growers)

Use the application form also if you wish to discuss going to New Leaf, Located in Exminster. New Leaf is part of Devon Partnership NHS Trust’s Vocational Rehabilitation Service. This is a modern service developed from many years of providing therapy, training and supported employment to people living with mental health issues. It offers part-time voluntary opportunities in horticulture, woodwork, printing, catering and also in Clothing Works (a mail order business offering administration and stores work).

We are unable to pay travelling expenses to attend appointments at WorkWAYS.
